For an authentic Australian indulgence, iconic morning tea sweets were reimagined with a contemporary ‘cake face.’ Traditional lamingtons were ingeniously transformed into a magnificent 3-tiered ombre cake, showcasing a gradient of delicate hues. The humble scone ascended to new heights as a towering stack, generously sandwiched with rich homemade jam and luscious fresh cream. The cherished childhood classic of toffee apples was reinvented into a sophisticated caramel apple cone, a true emblem of decadence.
